WIG CONSTRUCTION POLICY

Custom unit orders take between 7-30 business days to be constructed. These times may vary depending on order volume. Please be sure to select all correct add-ons when ordering your unit as well as providing the correct measurements. Use the measurement guide provided on our site when ordering. SHIPPING POLICY

WE MAY EXPERIENCE SHIPPING DELAYS THAT ARE BEYOND OUR CONTROL. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE SHIPPING AND PROCESSING TIMES BUT WILL DO OUR PART IN GUARANTEEING THAT YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR PRODUCT(S) IN A TIMELY MANNER. PLEASE KEEP THIS IN MIND WHEN PLACING AN ORDER.

 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Tracking Number via email. Please make sure your email is correct when checking out. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking to be updated. Signature by customer will be REQUIRED upon arrival of package.

 

Before placing an order, please make sure that your billing and shipping addresses are correct and the same. 

After the carrier (USPS or UPS) has received your package and tracking has been updated, it is now in their care. We are not responsible for any stolen, lost, or damaged packaging. Please contact your local post office for any shipping issues. Please make sure your shipping address is correct at check out. We are not responsible if your package is shipped to the wrong address, as we are shipping to the address you list at checkout. If your package is returned to us from the carrier, you are responsible for paying any reshipping fees.

 

To receive your package you must be present at the time of delivery to sign for your package. If you are not able to sign for your package please reach out to your local USPS or UPS office to schedule a re-delivery. In the event of shipment delays due to holidays, inclement weather, carrier issues, natural disasters or any other national dilemmas, please contact your local carrier offices.

*ALL SALES ARE FINAL!* Due to the nature of our product(s) all sales are final. Please ensure that all measurements are taken properly according to the chart on this website. SLAUGHTERED/Rashelle Slaughters, LLC. Is NOT responsible for any improperly fitted units. We will not issue a refund due to improper measurements or improperly fitted units. If you have any questions or concerns or need help with your measurements please contact us PRIOR to ordering your unit on the website. 

 

If you are unsatisfied with your unit after receiving it, we will try our best to accommodate you but no refunds (partial or full) or exchanges will be rendered so please, READ all information given on this website in its entirety to ensure you are ordering the correct unit, choosing the correct options/add ons and that you understand and agree to turnaround, processing, and shipping times.
